Applications in the Electroplating Sector

A clear example of the value of Phox software is its recent implementation in a large electroplating plant, where it has optimized operations across fashion lines, silverware, special finishes, and cataphoresis. The user interface allows real-time visualization of information from various sections of the plant through interactive bars that summarize operational data. These indicators provide immediate feedback on the status of each component, facilitating the monitoring of each production line and the quick identification of any anomalies.

Detailed Control of each Production Line

Phox’s software platform allows accurate control of the temperatures of all the tanks distributed across the various lines, ensuring optimal operating conditions and minimizing the risk of products not meeting quality standards. Additionally, the time controllers enable scheduling of equipment operating cycles, optimizing operational efficiency.

Beyond time management, the software also offers integrated control of the key elements of the electroplating production lines. In this project, we integrated monitoring and control of rectifiers and dosers.

Manual Control and Alarms

In case of emergencies or for maintenance work, operators can manually stop pumps and other critical components via a dedicated interface. The application also integrates a section dedicated to alarm visualization. These notifications come with different color codes: red for active alarms, blue for those detected but still active, and green for those no longer present. Alarms related to a system can always be reviewed later, as they are archived in a dedicated section to allow log analysis and identification of any systemic anomalies.
